Refund & cancellation

Cancellation

• You can cancel an order before work on it has started. Call or WhatsApp 8766010000 with your order number.
• Printing orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started, because they are custom made for you.

Refunds

• If an order is cancelled before work starts, or we are unable to complete it, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.
• If a printed item has a defect caused by us, we will reprint it or refund it.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days through Cashfree to the same account / card / UPI used for payment.

Internet recharges

• A recharge that has been applied to your connection is not refundable. If a payment was deducted but the recharge did not apply, contact us and we will apply it or refund it.
